The Vault

One of the joys of being editor of the rebooted Post Pattern is getting to read through the old editions and seeing the thoughts of Gramps and others on paper.  Sometimes it takes a bit of research to understand references (I still have no idea who Floyd Turbo was), and other times trying to comprehend what was written is near impossible. But every issue is a small connection to a man who we all love and miss dearly...and that makes the time spent recreating the Post Pattern worth every minute.

This year's Vault goes back to a time when the Packers were still a far cry from Glory Days of Lombardi. Some of the thoughts shared express the eternal optimism of fans, while others embrace the reality of another season of futility.  Spoiler alert...the Packers did not fare well in 1980. Regardless of the results on the field, the staff at the Post Pattern shared their love of Packers football and helped keep the tradition alive for generations to come.
